About Us
ATSI were founded in 2006 to provide aircraft management and support services to Pilot Training College based at Waterford Regional Airport and Skytrace regional training facility based at Weston Executive Aerodrome. Both these flight training organizations operate a fleet comprising of Piper PA44 Seminoles, Cessna 172s, Piper PA28s and Robin aircraft.
ATSI operates under the guidance of Chief Engineer and General Manager James Flynn. James is extremely experienced in aircraft maintenance having held the post of Engineering Supervisor with Club Air, Swiss International Airlines and City Jet and Line Maintenance Control at JetMagic. James also worked for FLS Aerospace, Shannon Aerospace and the Irish Air Corp.
Our avionics department is headed up by Mr. Andre Scholtz. Andre has brought a wealth of experience to ATSI. His experience includes many years of maintenance on a variety of aircraft, including many light aircraft types in addition to Boeing B737/B747/B757/B767, Airbus A319/A320, A380 McDonnell Douglas DC8 and BAe 146.
Our Weston operation is headed up by Mr. Jeff Leonard. Jeff, together with Tom Lennon, provide highly experienced support to Skytrace and other light aircraft customers.
